Weight Lifting

It's been 7 months since I started up weight lifting, and I feel stronger then before. I used to weight lift a long time ago, but my laziness would take over and I would stop, and that's not good because stopping would loose everything gained during weight training, and once starting up again after a long absence. Your body will pay you back with allot of pains. I should know, once I started up again. I was soar, but thankfully I knew not to push myself the 1st time around because if I did push my self that early. I would have been very soar.
