Drawing

I like to draw. I've been drawing since... well since I can remember. I like to draw comic, such as superman, batman, spider-man and such. I also like to draw Japanese anime/manga style.
The hardest thing to draw, and I believe allot of people will agree with me. Is to draw... well people!
Human Anatomy is one of the hardest things to learn to draw in the art world. There is so much detail in the human body.
What makes it even more difficult is learning the difference in the male and female anatomy.
I can draw the male figure ok, but what gets me is drawing the female figure.
I used to go out and draw people out in the world. It is one of the things I was taught was just to go out in the world, and draw people. It helps, even today, but what I need is more.
Just recently I started to learn to look for the bony structure that is visible in the human figure, and it relation. Locating these landmarks gives reference to draw a human figure in proportion.
However, you cannot see these bony landmarks through clothing. The only way to see them is with fully nude figures.
The last human anatomy class I took was very helpful. It was where I learned about locating the bony landmarks in the human figure. Couple of classes even had a male and female nude model standing side by side to show the difference in the anatomy and the relation of these bony landmarks. I learned allot from those classes.
