First look of "The New iPad," it looks identical to the iPad 2, but it's just a tad thicker and a tad heavier because of the larger battery.
Now "The New iPad" finally has the retina display that allot of people was crying and complaining about like big babies on the iPad 2.
The new retina display now is a huge 2048 x 1536 which is one of the reason why there is a lager battery.
"The New iPad" doesn't have the quad core A6 CPU that everyone was hoping but it has an A5X CPU with the same dual core CPU with a new quad core GPU that powers the new retina display. The other notable big change is the inclusion of 4G compatibility on AT&T and Verizon. Other then all that, there isn't much huge changes from the iPad 2.
I got my iPad 2 about 9 months ago, which is one thing that annoyed me that I didn't get 1 year life out of my iPad 2 before another iPad came out. However, this didn't really surprise me at all because this is how the business works in the real world. Apple is very famous for this business practice.
I've never seen "The New iPad" retina display first hand, but when I do I'll post more of what I think about it.
