Time For Me To Get An Xbox One?

After all this time, I still haven't gotten an Xbox One and one of the major factors haven't gotten was the 500GB internal unchangeable hard drive.
Last Christmas there was one limited edition Call of Duty version of Xbox One which came with a 1TB hard drive, but I wasn't compelled to buy one at the time.
Now there is word that another 1TB Xbox One will be coming out. This Xbox One will be bundled with the Halo Master Chief collection, but will not come with Kinect.
This new 1TB Xbox One should be shipping about the same time E3 2015 kicks off.
